Joy Thru Tears Foundation is a community based nonprofit organization passionate about honoring the love, dedication and tireless commitment in-home caregivers provide to whomever they serve. Our mission is to grant a “Wish” of a nurturing experience that will refresh and rejuvenate selected caregiver’s mind, body and spirit. We call caregivers our “Silent Angels.

We would love to partner with you and your business/organization at our 1st Annual Silent Angels Celebration Gala (For National Caregivers Month) on November 11, 2023 (4:30-8:30pm) at the fabulous Oxbow Urban Kitchen in Sumner, WA. We are seeking companies/organizations/individuals to JOIN us by sponsoring a portion of this wonderful celebration.

How you can support expenses for our event: (we are intentional about investing all regular funding into granting Wishes):

  1.  Cocktail Hour – $1000
  2.  Food – $3000
  3.  Entertainment – $500
  4.  DJ and Photo Booth – $1500
  5.  Support staff for event – $600
  6.  Goodie Bags w/Foundation Logo – $100
  7.  Flower arrangements/Decor Rentals – $500
  8.  Printed materials/signage – $300
  9.  Raffle/Auction items (in-kind donations and experiences to auction are appreciated)
What you get for being a “Cash” sponsor:
  • Under $100 Sponsorship – Name/business name printed on all event sponsor displays as well as promoted on the foundation’s social media pages, website, and newsletter.
  • $100 to $500 Sponsorship – Name/business name printed on all event sponsor displays with Medium size logo as well as promoted on the foundation’s social media pages, website, and newsletter. Plus 1 entry ticket per $100 donated.
  • $500 to $1000 Sponsorship – Name/business name printed on all event sponsor displays with Large size logo as well as promoted on the foundation’s social media pages, website, and newsletter. Plus 1 entry ticket per $100 donated. + Sponsorship Lanyard to wear at event.
  • $1000 and Up Sponsorship – Name/business name printed on all event sponsor displays with Large size logo as well as promoted on the foundation’s social media pages, website, and newsletter. Plus 1 entry ticket per $100 donated. + Sponsorship Lanyard to wear at event + 3-5 minutes to present/speak at our Gala!
